Silat is a collective word for a class of indigenous martial arts from Indonesia. Samana has been practicing for several years. For quite a while we had the idea to do capture the concinnity of these martial arts. Whilst traveling at the French Opal Coast, we finally found inspiration for this photoshoot. Eventually it cost us 3 sunsets to finally capture the light we were after.
